Symptoms
On: 19.10, Configuration - General
The language can be specified in Web Tools from 19.10.
If change the controls placement using Edit Web Layout, 'Item Identifier - Language Override' values are not changed. Only changed 'Item Identifier' values.
It is not possible to design the applet for each language.
