IP 2013 Dedicated Client Issues on Windows 10 (Doc ID 2630239.1)

Symptoms

Symptoms:

After successfully installing Siebel Tools and Dedicated Client on Windows 10 machine, unable to view List / Form Applets and Dropdowns after login to Siebel application.
Siebel Tools is behaving correctly.

Tried with both Vanilla and Custom SRF.

WebTempl and Public Folders are copied from working "Windows 7" environment to ensure they are identical.

Expected behavior:
---------------------------
With Windows 10, List / Form Applets and Dropdowns should render correctly after login to application.
