Symptoms



When attempting to perform an Siebel Advanced Search,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

 Cannot connect to the server (SBL-EAI-04115)


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into siebel application
2. Open the Advanced Search view
3. Enter the search criteria
4. perform the search
