When attempting to perform an Advanced Search a pop-up window is displayed with the following error:

ERROR

[1] Unable to create the Business Service '' (SBL-DAT-00227)
[2] No records exist for the current query.(SBL-DAT-00468)


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into siebel application
2. From the Advanced search view enter the search criteria and execute the search
