Last updated on FEBRUARY 05, 2021

Applies to:

Siebel Reports - Version 19.4 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

1. To run a Siebel report, the user typically navigates to a view and runs a query. For example if the users wants to filter specific Accounts based on the Name the following query can be applied:
[Name]="11111310" OR [Name]="11111111" OR [Name]="11111112" OR [Name]="11111113"
2. After the query is applied and the rows are fetched the users clicks the Report button in the application toolbar, and chooses a report to run.
3. It has been observed that intermittently the report generation fails with the below error present in the XMLP Component Log.
