Edit Promotion Applet Showing Only One Component Product In OPEN UI (Doc ID 2633136.1)

On : 15.5 [IP2015] version, Order Management

Edit Promotion not working properly in OPEN UI

 only one Service Bundle visible in edit promotion appelt.

when user try to select the product and click on Add button it is giving end of file error

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Product structure

|--> Bundle Product 1
|--> Bundle Product 2
|--> Bundle Product 3
|--> Bundle Product 4

2. login to siebel Open UI 15
3. Create Order and add Promotion in line items
4. Select promotion line item and do edit promotion from Menu
5. Only one product displayed in edit promotion applet(i.e Bundle Product 1)
