Suddenly Cloud Gateway is not accepting new OM login requests from Application Interface.
Filename = cloudgateway.log
See the following error:
[ERROR] [https-jsse-nio-9011-exec-22] CG_LOGGER - com.siebel.opcgw.cloudgateway.ZKServiceDiscoveryOperations:No active process for service: <comp_alias_name>
[ERROR] [https-jsse-nio-9011-exec-7-EventThread] CG_LOGGER - com.siebel.opcgw.cloudgateway.ZKConWatcher:Registry Connection Expired.
java.io.IOException: Could not make connection to gateway in the stipulated time of 5 seconds.
Whenever error "Could not make connection to gateway in the stipulated time of 5 seconds" is observed the CGW service is unavailable and Zookeeper connection is lost.
