Symptoms

 As documented in Bookshelf, the following REST request was invoked:

https://ServerName:port/siebel/v1.0/data/Account/Account/1-XXX

There is an account record with row_id = 1-XXX, but the result of the REST request was the following error:

{"ERROR": "There is no data for the required resource"}
