Not able to Connect or Start the Siebel GATEWAY & Siebel Server after 7 days using DB2 LUW (Doc ID 2636067.1)

Symptoms

On : 19.7 version, System Admin

Could not able to connect or Start the Siebel GATEWAY & Siebel server


Unable to connect Siebel Gateway service also unable to bring up the services. The services went down on its own exactly after 7 days from installation.

Below errors are seen in the cloudgateway.log

[ERROR] 2020-01-02 03:09:49.100 [Thread-456] CG_LOGGER - com.siebel.opcgw.cloudgateway.CGReqService:Authentication failed for user "USERNAME"

 

Also below errors are seen on jccdiag.log which is present under ses/applicationcontainer/temp/
