ERRORS While Installating SAM 2.19.12 - ORA-12154: TNS and HTTP Status 500 (Doc ID 2638514.1)

Symptoms

On : 19.9 version, Installation and SAM version : 2.19.12

Steps:

Issue while doing SAM installation 2.19.12


1. Performing SAM 2.19.12 installation.
2. While the installation is showing as successful,we are unable to find sam folder,sam.war file and emailapprover.war files in the webapps folder under application container folder.
3. We have restarted full enterprise as well.

Actual Behavior :
---------------------------------------------------------------------
1. First error related to  SAM SCHEMA FAILS BECAUSE ODBC IS NOT SET CORRECTLY, this error is seen in the SAMSchemaddlimp.log



2. Secondly faced HTTP 500  error which is related to new bug, it is seem when trying to Access SAM URL
