Vanilla Run Time Events Not Created After Upgrade To Siebel 19 (Doc ID 2639042.1)

On : 19.7 version, Order Management

Up on customize button in Order Line Items throwing below error message because vanilla Runtime events with SubEvent as EventMethodPMTConfigure are not create for Order Entry - Orders and Quote

ERROR

SBL-BPR-00172: Process definition 'SIS OM Edit Delta Quote Line Item' does not have an input step.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to Order Line items and click on Customize button
2. Process definition 'SIS OM Edit Delta Quote Line Item' does not have an input step
