Symptoms

On : 19.2 version, System Admin

When attempting to access the Siebel 19.2 application after upgrading from Siebel 8.1.1.11.16,
the following Crash stack:

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Deleted existing SADMINs SPF file

 

  1. Log in to above URL
  2. Select tools -> user preferences
  3. Select Tablayout
  4. Select any record like account or anything and change the order number from X to XX and then select sort option and click reverse sort. Immediately server busy error. We can not continue with this session. Logout and then re-login only workaround
