Siebel PROD Application Is Spinning or Hang after Login(Tomcat/AI based ) (Doc ID 2640652.1)

Symptoms

On : 18.12 version, System Admin

When attempting to access Siebel URL  the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------

No errors are found in log but application shows login page and post user authentication shows the home page or blank screen and mouse pointer continiously  spins or hangs



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Many users trying to access application

2. Too many concurrent users.
