Siebel IP17 Application Is Spinning Or Hanging After Login (Doc ID 2640652.1)

When attempting to access the Siebel Url the following error occurs.


No error codes are found in the log. The application shows a login page and post-authentication a blank screen occurs and the mouse pointer continuously spins or hangs.

 Steps to reproduce the issue :

High number of users trying to access the application.
