After install Siebel Application Interface (AI) as part of Siebel CRM deployment and successful start the Siebel Application Interface Container on Windows services when trying to access the Siebel Management Console calling URL

https://<Siebel_AI_hostname>:<Siebel AI port>/siebel/smc

to configure the Siebel Enterprise the user get a HTTP 400 error on browser

Inspecting the Apache/Tomcat log files at <Siebel AI Root Folder>/applicationcontainer/logs/catalina.<date>.log the following error is observed in this catalina.log:

If you open a browser on the Siebel AI host machine and call URL https://localhost:<Siebel AI port>/siebel/smc it show up the Siebel SMC login page.
