Large Logarchive Directory Causing Siebel Startup issues (Doc ID 2641116.1)

Customer has encountered a error during IRR "SBL-DAT-60277 - Query Could Not Be Run Because It Is Too Big" and they made a change to MaxDepthOfTheQuery

After the above change, They are seeing the following behavior

Gateway and 1 Siebel Server up and running, Another 2 Siebel Server is not coming up and Logarchive is getting deleted automatically on this Servers, On recreating the Logarchive the remaining two Servers are coming up.

Error: SBL-DAT-60277

BUSINESS IMPACT: Due to this issue, users cannot access Siebel Servers
