Siebel Incremental Repository Migration Fails At Schema Import Step On MS SQL Server With "CREATE TABLE permission denied" Error (Doc ID 2641172.1)

Symptoms

When using Migration Application, IRM getting failed with the following error:

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run migration using Siebel Migration Application
2. Make sure that the Incremental Migration step is performed
3. Check to see if the schema import step is completed
