New LOV Values Created On Existing LOV Type Using Integ Dev Workspace Not Visible in UI (Doc ID 2642006.1)

Workspace hierarchy
  |--> Integ WS
            |--> Integ_Dev WS

1. created new list of values with an existing LOV type(FS_NOTE_TYPE) by using Integ_Dev WS
2. Workspace name parameter under AOM specified as MAIN
3. Now login to application and navigate to Notes and check the values available in Note Type dropdown
Observation:- Newly created Note types not visible in dropdown
Question From CUstomer:-
Why the newly created Note Types not visible in application ?
4. Now do inspect by using Integ_Dev WS, in this case as well Newly created Note types not visible in dropdown
