Siebel Remote / Replication / Anywhere - on version: 15.4 [IP2015]
On a Development environment, the Database Extract (DbXtract) job is failing with errors when extracting a specific Remote user.
However, more tests were showing that for some other Mobile Client users defined, the extraction worked fine.

The issue can be reproduced at will in Customer's environment with the following steps:
1. Start a DbXtract task for a Mobile Client user - either as a Job or from srvrmgr;
2. Monitor and see that completing with above errors.
