When Siebel User Has Multi Chat Session Running, If User Release A Chat Session Is Automatically Closed the Released Chat Window

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Siebel user using CTI Toolbar with Chat in the Communications Panel observe than when it has multiple Chat session, if the user release one of the chat in the CTI Toolbar the chat session panel is immediately close too.
Customer would like to keep the chat session window opened even after release the chat in the CTI Toolbar.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Siebel CTI Toolbar
2. Receive two Chat, so the Siebel user now has two chat session windows running.
3. On the Siebel CTI Toolbar release the current chat
4. The corresponding Chat session window is immediately closed too.
