Siebel Alarm Snooze Functionality Ignored after Logout (Doc ID 2642469.1)

Symptoms

The following behavior was reported on 18.11 application version: alarm ignores the snooze time selected by the user and pops up after logout/login.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create an activity set the alarm flag and wait for the popup alarm to occur.
2. On the popup, select snooze time=120, then push the Snooze button.
3. Logout and login again.
4. The alarm popup occurs again, not immediately, but in less than 1 minute, while it should be delayed with 120 minutes.
