Why the Siebel Component Log is Showing Level 5 of Details, While the Component Log Events are All Set to 1 in The Administration Server Configuration Screen? (Doc ID 2644132.1)

 When accessing Siebel Administration Server Configuration screen and checking all log events of an Object Manager component, all events are set to 1.

There is no environment variable SIEBEL_LOG_EVENTS set to 5 as well.

Why the OM component log shows level 5 of details?
