Symptoms

When attempting to perform the Full Runtime Repository migration or Incremental Runtime Repository migration the execution is failing during Operation: ImportFile and below errors are seen in the migration.log.

STEPS
-----------------------

1. Log into Siebel Migration Application
2. Create a migration plan in order to perform a Full Runtime Repository or an Incremental Runtime Repository in synchronous mode
3. Execute the migration plan
