Symptoms


When attempting to run econfigurator, the following error occurs.

unable to connect to srvr1 for product 1-1MY3IGY using connect string ,......

Errors: SBL-BPR-00162
SBL-DAT-0144
SBL-CFG-00155

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run econfigurator
2. The dedicated object manager for econfigurator does not open
3. Error occurs
