Symptoms

When attempting to open an attachment link for Marketing Literature files, the following error occurs.

Error: : The file xxxx.pdf could not be found on any specified file system. (SBL-UIF-00230)


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to the Marketing Literature view
2. Select a link to open/download an attachment
3. Error occurs
