Unable To Connect To Server Manager Via Third Party Automic Application (Doc ID 2647153.1)

Symptoms

Customer has recently upgraded from IP15 to IP17 Patch 19.7, They used to run Server manager via Automic Automation - Broadcom Inc on IP15. Now on 19.7  the application is unable to run jobs that require connection to server manager command, This commands was working fine on IP15.

On 19.7 Sserver manager command works on the prompt and gives following error inside Automic.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
--Run 19.7  server manager via Automic

 Upgrade from IP15 to IP17 Patch 19.7
