SBL-EXL-00151: Invalid Tier Definition Error While Process Tier Transactions (Doc ID 2648425.1)

Symptoms

On : 8.1.1.14 [IP2014] version, Loyalty

Cannot change tier

After creating new Tier under Tier Class all Tier Transaction getting processed with Rejected-Engine.

From Process Info below error message is capture

ERROR

SBL-EXL-00151: Invalid tier definition. Tier levels has gap.(SBL-SIS-00171)

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Go to Loyalty Program>>Tier Class>>Tiers tab
  2. Create a new Tier with required Fields
  3. Click on Update Cache Button
  4. Create Tier Transaction under Member
  5. Process the Transaction
