In order to add the "Alarm Manager Load Frequency" into the allowlist in Siebel previous to IP17 the EAPPS.CFG contained the Parameter

SessionTimeoutWLMethod = UpdatePrefMsg, GetAlarms

Post IP17, the above parameter is no longer found in the Application Interface configuration.
