Object Manager Hangs During Login or While Navigating When AWS Cluster Autoscaler Deletes the Underutilized Siebel Server Instances (Doc ID 2648680.1)

Symptoms

Production Object manager sessions are hanging intermittently where user session becomes unusable or user cannot log in to OM.

There are 16 OM servers.

The OM parameters used are MaxMTServers = 3 and MaxTask = 150

Below two symptoms started when AWS Kubernetes Autoscaler deleted the Siebel server instance at night.
- You launch Fins OM URL and get the login page. After credentials there is no home page displayed.
- Some users that are logged in are noticing hangs and the page render is not complete.

Changes

Siebel hosted on AWS Cluster. Kubernetes Autoscaler was deleting the underutilized resource (Siebel servers) during off peak hours.
