Restriction to Modify Primary in MVG Applet Of "My Records" And "All Records" (Doc ID 2648748.1)

Symptoms

On : 15.6 [IP2015] version, Client Functionality

It allows to change Primary for Team Field in My Protocols and All Protocols as well

Only My Team's Protocols we should be able to change primary for Team Field.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to Administration - Clinical -> Protocol List
 
2. Create Protocol

3. Go to My Protocols

4. Change Primary in Team Field

5. Go to All Protocols

6. Change Primary in Team Field
