Gif Images Are Not Displayed Properly When Using The Siebel Application In IE Browser (Doc ID 2650703.1)

Symptoms

Some of the images are not visible correctly in the Siebel Application when using the IE browser. This issue is not happening when using Firefox and Chrome Browser.

 

Steps:

  1. Log into Call Center with IE11 browser.
  2. Click on Site Map to open it.
  3. Keep scrolling down, and you will get icon not displayed which is shown as "x Go to site map top", although it works correctly if you click on it and it will go to the top of Site Map.
