Parallel Inbound EAI Calls Are Queued in the Same EAI Task Instead of Running in Parallel Tasks Causing Delays (Doc ID 2651631.1)

Symptoms

Inbound web services using anon pool (WS-Security) are checking out the same anon session twice. This leads to parallel calls executing sequentially within the same EAI task instead of using parallel EAI tasks.

Once a session is checked out from the pool and is in use, it should not be accessible to other requests that might be coming in parallel.

The issue can not be reproduced at will and is thought to be related to high concurrent load.
