Symptoms

Heavy and sustained load for days to Inbound Web Services can cause the EAI component to crash due to a small memory leak.

A simple verification test is to load to standard inbound web service SWILSClinicalListOfValues in production causes the EAI component to crash after a few days due to a memory leak.

This is not the only web service affected but is the simplest example available.

Memory should be properly de-allocated when no longer needed. A memory leak is not expected.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. load test standard inbound web service SWILSClinicalListOfValues for a few days and it will eventually consume too much memory and crash.
