Detailed Error Message Not Getting Displayed After Upgrade

In 19.5 UI is not displaying the error properly.
- Navigate to the Screen > View which has the Logic to execute. For Example WF or Business Service.
- When the WF or Business Service is executed and the error "Error invoking service 'Test Business Service' method 'TestError' at step 'Business Service Error' (SBL-BPR-00162)" displays on the UI.
- Click F12 and Console show the Detailed Error Message:
Error invoking service 'Test Business Server', method 'TestError' at step
'Business Service Error'.(SBL-BPR-00162)
Unhandled Exception: 'WriteXMLFile' is not defined
Service.TestError line: 28
Service.Service_PreInvokeMethod line: 37
- In the Older Siebel versions, the Complete Error Message is shown in the UI.
