When submitting a job for UCMBatchProcess component on one contact record in the search spec like this:
The task starts and runs for a long time, hours and hours. Eventually it does complete after over 24 hours.
The behaviour occurs as follows:
1. Start a job for UCMBatchProcess component and provide this search spec:
UCM Search Specification : [Contact.Id]='2-1YXF6-2254'
2. Submit the job, it runs.
3. Check the job status again, it still runs but doesn't quite do much, it still continues to show as running for hours and hours and eventually completes after over 24 hours.
