Payment Amount is Not Getting Freeze After Payment Generation

Payment Amount is not getting Freeze after payment generation
In the Site management screen, once the subject visits are completed in CTMS, user will generate payments from the Payment Activities view and the generated payments will be moved from the Payment Activities view to Payments view. In the Payments view, it is observed that the Payment amount is not getting Freeze/greyed out even though the status has been changed to Paid.
Navigation: Site Management--->Subjects view---->Drill down on Subject screening#---->Schedule the subject---->Complete the Visits and Visit specific activities--->Payment Activities--->Click on Generate Payment---->Payments view
The user is able to change the earned amount in the Payments view even after the amount has been paid.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Site Management >> Protocol Site list.
2. Drill down on any of the sites having some payments generated.
3. Navigate to Paymnets tab.
4. Try to change fields 'Earned Amount' with status "Paid"
