The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Created two attributes

Bandwidth - 10Mbit/s, 100Mbit/s, 1000Mbit/s and 10Gbit/s

InterfaceType - 10GBASE-LR(SMF)LANPHY, 10GBASE-SR(MMF)LANPHY, 1000 BASE-T(RJ-45), 1000 BASE-LX (SMF), 10 BASE-T (RJ-45), 1000 BASE-SX (MMF), 100BASE-T (RJ-45)

2. Created two classes

PC1 with Attribute Bandwidth

PC2 with Attribute InterfaceType

3. Created PD2 customizable Product with Class PC2

4. Created PD1 Customizable Product with Class PC1

Added PD2 under it

Created User Interface with below steps

a)Option Name - UI

Option Type - High Interactivity

Base Theme - Base Theme with Auto Pricing JS

Product Theme - Single Page Product Theme JS

b) Create Group List

G1 - Standard Group Theme JS

(I) Bandwidth, Attribute, Combo Box for Attribute JS

G2 - Standard Group Theme JS

5. Written Exclude Constrain rule under PD1

When the attribute Bandwidth = 100Mbit/s excludes (the attribute Product2 >>PD2 >> InterfaceType = 1000 BASE-LX (SMF) OR (the attribute Product2 >> PD2>> InterfaceType = 1000 BASE-T (RJ-45) OR the attribute Product2 >> PD2 >>

InterfaceType = 1000 BASE-SX (MMF)))

When we validate, Constrain rule is not excluding InterfaceType values

Note: But when we drilldown, Constrain is fired and excluding values
