When Logging To SMC After Gateway Cluster Setup It Keeps Asking To Setup The Gateway Security Profile

Symptoms
Siebel 18.10 has been installed and setup, the Call Center OM can be used without issues.
However, when trying to access SMC after implementing Gateway Cluster setup it keeps asking for Gateway Security Profile setup.
This is not happening from another Application Interface (AI) that has been additionally setup. It is only happening on this specific AI.
In thes impacted AI the following errors can be found on CommonLogger.log file:
CommonLogger.log -- this file is located under $AI_HOME/applicationcontainer/logs directory
