Symptoms


PRM Portal ENU and PTB portal are working fine sharing the same repository/code base.

PRM Portal Spanish ( eChannel Object Manager - ESN) is not accessible and showing below error:


 
ERROR

"The server you are trying to access is either busy or experiencing difficulties. Please close the Web browser, open a new browser window, and try logging in again"

 


STEPS
-----------------------
1. Open the Browser
2. Try launching the Siebel Login page for ESN application
