Task "Compose Condition Criteria Dialog Box" Don't Display For Error Exception Connector (Doc ID 2659243.1)

The users have reported that is not possible to add an "Error Exception" condition to a Task "Error Exception" connector. For some reason, the Compose Condition Criteria dialog box" doesn't display when the user Double-click or when the user Right-click the "Edit Condition". The options are not present in the menu as shown in the picture below:




Step to reproduce the issue

  1. Create a connector.

  2. In the Type property of the connector, choose one of the following values:

    • Error Exception

    • User Defined Exception

    The task controller treats a user defined exception the same way it treats an error exception.

  3. Double-click or Right-click to the exception connector

  4. The Compose Condition Criteria dialog box don't popup or display in the menu as described on Task UI Guide > Creating an Error Exception Connector.
