Custom Toolbar Button Using GotoApplet Method Is Failing With Server Busy Error (Doc ID 2661564.1)

When attempting to click custom button that invokes GotoAppletMethod in a custom tool bar, the following error occurs in Application:

Following steps were preformed to reproduce the issue:
1. Configure a custom toolbar along with toolbar items
2. Configure one of the toolbar items to call a custom command which invokes a popup applet using GotoApplet method.
3. Launch application and try to invoke the button from custom toolbar
4. Above error appears.
