Symptoms
On : 8.1.1.14 [IP2014] version, Siebel VB / eScript / COM
When attempting to Create Loyaltry Member record,the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
SBL-LTY-50164: This contact already has membership in [Loyalty Program] Program.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a loyalty member record using an inbound web service that calls a custom business service
2. Notice that the execution fails with above error in EAIObjMgr log file.
