Unable To Create A New Connection in Siebel Migration Application After Applying Siebel 20.3 (or later), ORA-00904: "TBLO_USERNAME" Error Appears in the Migration Log (Doc ID 2664438.1)

When attempting to create a new connection in Siebel Migration application after applying Siebel 20.3 update,
the following error occurs in siebel migration.log file.


After applying Siebel 20.3 update the steps below have been followed:

1. Log into Siebel Migration Application
2. Click “New Connection” in Connections Tab
3. Enter a Name and the REST End Point
4. Valid REST End Point is - https://:/siebel/v1.0
