Symptoms


EAI Inbound request is failing because of an apparent incorrect character conversion

When the incoming data containes  "ADV *26amp*3B MKT"
2. It is converting to  "ADV & MKT" and when used in a searchpec it fails to find a record with value  "ADV & MKT"
