Symptoms

When certain user attempts to login to Siebel application, crash occurs. Siebel Enterprise Server log records the error below.


ERROR

SBL-OSD-02006   Process 82193 exited with error - Process exited because it received signal SIGABRT



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Web client attempts to access the application.
2. Login page is displayed.
3. Upon login, the error message is displayed as below.
The server you are trying to access is either busy or experiencing difficulties...
