Records Are Not Displayed In List Applet After Upgrade (Doc ID 2666841.1)

Records are not visible in the list applet of Cases screen

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Siebel Application
2. Navigate to Service Request screen.
3. Records are not visible in the List applet but the count of records is shown on the top right hand corner of the applet.
