Unable to Complete Conflict Resolution After IRM Execution Due To Invalid Date Format Error When Doing Insert Into S_INST_UPG_HIST (Doc ID 2667960.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to finalize IRM, on the step that updates the upgrade history it fails with SQL Server error saying the date format is incorrect.


The date format in German is DD.MM.YYYY while the query is trying to insert in YYYY-MM-DD, which s is standard format for Siebel queries.
Since they are in different formats the query fails when trying to cast from varchar to datetime types.
