Symptoms

When attempting to invoke an outbound web service over HTTPS
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
*** HTTP response Headers from Data Send request:
HTTP/1.1 500
and the ssl debug log shows

javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: java.security.cert.CertificateException: No subject alternative DNS name
