Multiple Activities Created in Siebel For the Same Email and The Email Itself Is Not Deleted From Exchange Inbox Folder (Doc ID 2668745.1)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure Email response module
2. Send an email to the monitored mail box
3. Notice that there are multiple activities created in Siebel for the same email and the email itself is not deleted from Exchange Inbox folder after Siebel has pulled the email.
