Workflow Monitoring Stops Working In One Of Siebel Environments, Getting Error "ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("SIEBEL"."S_WFA_INST_LOG"."EXEC_PATH_VAL")" (Doc ID 2668903.1)

Symptoms

When enable Siebel Workflow monitor, when the workflows are executed the following error occurs.



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enable Workflow Monitor setting it to Level -  "4 - Debug" at Site Map>Administration - Business Processes> Workflow Deployment for any workflow
2. Execute the Workflow and verify the log file for the component who executed it
3. The following error show up:
ObjMgrBusCompLog Error 1 0000412a5e9d13b0:0 2020-04-20 11:44:01 (oracon.cpp (3287)) SBL-DBC-00111: An error has occurred writing to a record.**Please continue or ask your systems administrator to check your application configuration if the problem persists.
SQLParseAndExecute Execute 5 0000412a5e9d13b0:0 2020-04-20 11:44:01 ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("SIEBEL"."S_WFA_INST_LOG"."EXEC_PATH_VAL")
