SBL-CFG-00164 Error on Product Configuration (Doc ID 2671877.1)

Symptoms

The following behavior was reported on 20.1 version:

Customer has the following product structure:

Product Promotion
    > Root Customizable Product 1
           >> Relationships R1
               > Child Customizable Product 2
                   >> Relationship
                      > Discount Product 3  

Discount Product 3 is  based on a class having the following attribute:   attribute "discount_amount" of type Enumerated having more than 200 possible values. 

On the promotion there is an Attribute "Include" condition by selecting on Promotion Lvl attribute value which is in a attribute value list on position > 100

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1) Create new Sales Order

2) Navigate to Order Line Items applet > add the Product promotion

Result: following product structure had been added:

1 Product Promotion
2 Root Customizable Product 1
  2.1  Child Customizable Product 2

3) Navigate to "Root Customizable Product 1" and click  Customize

4)  Select  "Child Customizable Product 2"  > click customize

5)  In next screen check the product "Discount Product 3"
